Delete your Radiant RT account
This page explains how to delete your Radiant RT account, what data is removed, what is kept, and for how long.
Radiant RT is published by RADIANT ONCOLOGY WELLNESS LLC (Seattle, Washington, USA).
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Radiant RT on your phone.
- Tap the More tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is marked for deletion immediately. All associated data is erased from our active systems within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, or prefer not to use the in-app flow, email us from the address on your account:

In the subject line include "Delete my Radiant RT account". We'll confirm your identity, action the deletion, and email you once it is complete — typically within 2 business days, and always within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the following from our active systems within 30 days:

| Account | Email address, authentication credentials, display name. |
| Profile | Treatment start date, treatment site, and any profile preferences you entered. |
| Daily check-ins | All 1–10 symptom scores you logged (Energy, Skin, Pain, Mood, Sleep) and any notes. |
| Disclaimer acknowledgements | Records that you acknowledged the in-app medical disclaimer. |
| Device identifiers | Push-notification tokens and internal device identifiers linked to your account. |
| Subscription entitlement link | The link between your account and your App Store / Google Play subscription record inside our systems. |
What data is kept, and why
A small amount of information is retained after account deletion, only where we are required to or where it no longer identifies you:

| Aggregated, de-identified analytics | Event counts (e.g. "number of check-ins this week") that cannot be linked back to you once your account is deleted. | Retained indefinitely in aggregate form. |
| Support email history | Any emails you previously sent to support@RadiantRTapp.com remain in our inbox records unless you specifically ask us to delete them. |

| Backups | Active-system deletion happens within 30 days; rolling backups may contain your data briefly after that. | Backups fully age out within 90 days of deletion. |
Cancel your subscription first
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Radiant Complete → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Radiant Complete → Cancel.
