Is this a medical device? ▾
No. Radiant RT is an educational and self‑tracking tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or real‑time monitoring. Always follow the guidance of your oncology team.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Radiant Complete → Cancel.
On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Radiant Complete → Cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep premium access until then.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through:
- reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases
- play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory for Google Play purchases
Consumers in the EU and UK may have additional statutory rights.
How do I delete my account and data? ▾
See our full Delete your account page for step-by-step instructions, the data we remove, and what is kept for legal or tax reasons.
Quick version — in the app: More → Profile → Delete Account. This deletes your account and all associated check‑in data within 30 days. You can also email support@RadiantRTapp.com from the address on the account.
My symptoms seem wrong — what should I do? ▾
If you tapped the wrong score, just log an updated check-in the next day — the graph will reflect the new value. If something feels medically wrong or worrying, contact your care team, not us.
I can't sign in. ▾
Try these in order: (1) restart the app; (2) make sure the email or Apple/Google account is the same one you used to sign up; (3) use "Forgot password" if you used email sign‑up. If none of that works, email support@RadiantRTapp.com with your device model and OS version.
What data do you collect? ▾
Only what's needed to run the app: your account email, the symptom entries you add, and basic usage/diagnostic information. We never sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Is Radiant RT available on Android and iOS? ▾
Yes — iOS 15+ and Android 8+. We're shipping first to English speakers; more languages will come.
Who is this app for? ▾
Anyone undergoing external‑beam radiation therapy (breast, head/neck, prostate, lung, pelvic, CNS/brain, or other). Spouses, partners, and caregivers use it too.
Can my oncologist see my data? ▾
Not directly. Trends are designed for you to show in person during your visits. We are not integrated with any hospital EHR. Your data is only yours.
