Radiant RT — Symptom Tracker · Effective: April 17, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and RADIANT ONCOLOGY WELLNESS LLC ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Radiant RT mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer — read carefully

The App is for general informational, educational, and self‑tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Radiant RT is not a medical device and has not been reviewed or cleared by the FDA, EMA, Health Canada, MHRA, or any equivalent authority.

Always seek the advice of your radiation oncologist, nurse, or another qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your treatment or a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in the App.

In a medical emergency — severe pain, shortness of breath, signs of infection, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal thoughts, or any other urgent symptom — call your local emergency number (911 US / 112 EU / 999 UK) immediately. Do not rely on the App.

You acknowledge that symptom ratings shown in the App are based only on what you enter, the App does not monitor you in real time, and your healthcare team is your primary source of medical guidance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Between 13 and the age of majority, only with parental consent. Not intended for children under 13.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may close your account at any time from within the App.

5. Subscriptions and in‑app purchases

Radiant Complete is an auto‑renewing subscription offered via Apple's App Store and Google Play.

• Price and duration are disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account on confirmation.
• Auto‑renews at the then‑current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
• Refunds handled by Apple or Google per their policies. EU/UK consumers may have additional statutory rights.
• Free "Radiant Essentials" content is available without subscription; premium content is clearly identified before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, reverse‑engineer it, disrupt our servers, use bots/scrapers, upload malware or infringing content, impersonate others, or use the App as part of a clinical decision‑support workflow without a separate written agreement with us.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the App are owned by RADIANT ONCOLOGY WELLNESS LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial use. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the App.

8. Third‑party services

The App integrates with third‑party services (Supabase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Expo). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Feedback

If you send us feedback, you grant us a royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use it to improve the App.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADIANT ONCOLOGY WELLNESS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (i) what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $100. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADIANT ONCOLOGY WELLNESS LLC from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14–17 survive.

14. Changes

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted; continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, USA, without prejudice to local consumer‑protection rights.

16. Apple and Google App Store terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and RADIANT ONCOLOGY WELLNESS LLC, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App; Apple is a third‑party beneficiary of these Terms. Equivalent provisions apply to Google Play.

17. Miscellaneous
